Paul Smith


Paul has over 20 years experience in the property finance industry. After 12 years working for local and international banks and a further 4 years working with one of Australia’s largest commercial broking houses, Paul established the Myst Group with the backing of a number of substantial partners.

With his experience in finding satisfactory financial solutions, the Group has successfully built up a strong and loyal clientele by structuring and funding many landmark Eastern Seaboard commercial transactions.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queensland University and Certificate IV & Diploma of Financial Services.   Paul is an Accredited Mortgage Consultant with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and holds a current Australian Credit Licence (Lic No 387078).

Anthony Pattinson


Anthony has over 25 years experience in the property and finance sectors having worked with major real estate and consulting firms, government develope, funds management and financial institutions. During the last 10 years he has held senior roles with leading Australian Banks providing debt and capital solutions to a range of privates, corporates and unlisted trusts.

Anthony brings a wealth of experience in originating and structuring transactions across all the property sectors. Prior to joining Myst Group Anthony held senior manager roles with CBA, St George and NAB Property finance groups, where he managed large property finance portfolios. These roles included structuring and executing complex property transactions.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science from Macquarie  University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Urban Estate Management from University of Technology Sydney and Master of Business Administration from University of Technology Sydney. Anthony is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (API).
